Getting Started

Fill out the contact form and we’ll review your situation. Onboarding takes 1–2 business days and most clients are live within a week.

Access to your Google Business Profile, website CMS, and any existing Google Ads accounts. Most clients complete the checklist in 20 minutes.

1–2 business days to complete documentation. Most clients are fully live within 5–7 business days.

Reporting & Communication

Reports are emailed in the first week of each month. They cover rankings, traffic, leads, and optimisations made that month.

Your login credentials are sent during onboarding. Email info@smallworld.ca if you need a reset.

Billing & Plans

Monthly billing on the same date each month. All billing is automatic and you’ll receive an invoice by email.

Email info@smallworld.ca with 30 days notice. We hand over all assets and data cleanly. No penalty.

Yes. Email us and we’ll update your plan from the next billing cycle.
